68WEST ENGINEERING, INC. is a multi-faceted firm specializing in land development services, infrastructure design, and District Engineering. Our firm, in addition, represents special districts and municipalities, including the Central Platte Valley Metropolitan District, and the Aspen Consolidated Sanitation District. We have in excess of 50 years of engineering and land development experience in our office that provide our clients with the depth and maturity necessary to complete projects in a quality and efficient manner. Our services include preparation of project site development plans, drainage studies, design of water lines, sanitary and storm sewer collection systems, street and sidewalk design, and site grading. We have surveying capability through a contract surveyor that we have used exclusively for the past several years, including boundary and topographic surveys, existing site surveys, and platting. A particular service our firm offers to our Denver land development clients is site planning preparation and coordination with City and County of Denver review agencies. The unique and close relationships we have developed with most of the review agency personnel allows us to expedite development reviews and to negotiate site issues in good faith for our clients. Services in the last 5 to 6 years have been extensively involved in the land development in the Central Platte Valley and the Lower Downtown.
