68WEST ENGINEERING, INC. is a multi-faceted firm specializing in land development services, infrastructure design, and district/municipal engineering. We represent special districts and municipalities, including the Central Platte Valley Metropolitan District, and the Aspen Consolidated Sanitation District. While a small firm, we are a group of experts with over 70 years of engineering and land development experience. This provides our clients with the depth and maturity necessary to complete quality projects in an efficient manner.
Our services include the preparation of project site development plans, drainage studies, the design of water lines, sanitary and storm sewer collection systems, streets and sidewalks, and site grading. Our involvement in a project typically begins at the planning stage and continues through construction closeout. We work closely with a contract surveyor and can provide boundary and topographic surveys, site surveys, and platting.
Of particular benefit to our Denver land development clients is our familiarity with the City and County of Denver review process and our close working relationship with the review agencies. This position allows us an advantage in negotiating site issues and expediting development reviews for our clients.
In the last 8 to 9 years we have been extensively involved in the land development in the Central Platte Valley and Lower Downtown.
